Our core products — metal roofing, purlins, and welded mesh (BMC) — are built to meet the demands of today’s construction industry. We proudly partner with NS BlueScope Malaysia to ensure our products are made with premium-grade raw materials.

With significant market share, UGI expands its steel manufacturing businesses. Today, UGI offers a diverse range of high-quality, durable steel roofing profiles for various applications, continuously improving and innovating its products to meet industry demands. Driven by unwavering strength and a commitment to delivering unparalleled solutions, we have cemented our position as a leading roofing solutions provider. In 1994, UGI entered the steel wire products industry with the same commitment and innovation, achieving a leading position in the market. Presently, UGI’s monthly production includes products like BMC mesh, BRC, cold drawn rib, un-ribbed wire, and bended mesh. They are also a member of the Steel Wire Association of Malaysia. UGI commissioned the Purlin line in 1995, using cold-forming technology and high-tensile material to produce Purlin complying with AS1397 standards. Partnering with Ecosteel Sdn. Bhd., UGI offers steel truss solutions, moving towards a comprehensive steel roof solution vision.
