The One Stop Collection Centre (OSCC) in Samarahan features our UNISPAN® profile for both roofing and cladding, paired with durable COLORBOND® steel to deliver long-lasting performance and a clean, modern architectural finish. Designed by RKD Architects, the project was allocated RM7.3 million by the Sarawak State Government, reflecting its importance as a community-driven development.

OSCC was established to empower micro-entrepreneurs registered under agencies of the Ministry of Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development (KPWK). The centre supports local startups—especially women-led enterprises—by providing dedicated spaces for training, product development, networking, and product promotion. It serves as a platform that nurtures growth, increases visibility, and strengthens the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Samarahan.

Built during the COVID-19 pandemic, the facility integrates features that reflect the needs of that time, including automated sliding doors, a biometric access system, and modern video conferencing facilities. The architectural approach embraces utilitarian design, showcasing an industrial outlook that aligns with the building’s purpose as a functional, adaptable community hub.

With its robust construction and versatile application of UNISPAN®, OSCC stands as a future-ready centre for community empowerment and entrepreneurial development.
